It has been a mixed journey wherein got the opportunity to pursue my passion as an experience designer for enterprise products and solutions. Also, steadily grew myself as a design leader by challenging, learning and practicing, whenever l encountered leadership situations. The ability to deal with leadership challenges was natural and came from my early life experiences.

Just like my prior roles in other places, at Edifecs I started as an individual contributor, and within a short span of time, I was leading UX initiatives, actively building and mentoring the team, evangelizing UX across the organization, and started defining the design systems for the organization.
