I started my career as an experience designer in an enterprise IT solution startup for the AEC industry. I got the opportunity not only to define product user experience but also to work as a leader in building the design team, establishing branding, promoting products, and participating in the product strategy of the company. Within a year, I became part of the core founding team. 

Later I got the opportunity to build a design team and lead; at the new office location for e-learning firm Hurix, I built a team of 8+ members, comprising graphics designers, UI designers, and 3D modeler, to develop and design the interactive training coursewares and games. Soon I got relocated to head office & promoted as design lead for the entire company leading and managing a team of 20+ designers.
