Large global mature UX organization; learned, contributed, availed to make the big difference

I led the Health Science GBU UX and later the SCM UX team as senior UX manager. Built the global UX team for Apps Unlimited Group. Represented the UX group in the user group conference and demonstrated the product design in Oracle Open World.

Enhanced the user experience of clinical products by addressing the pain point of frustrated customers. Saved a multi-million-dollar revenue stream by retaining four critical customers in a time-critical situation.

Designed and delivered leading products to manage clinical trial protocol using solid UCD processes.
